How much is shipping?
Shipping costs for U.S. orders vary based on the weight of the order and the distance it travels. These rates are determined by our carriers and cannot be adjusted by Barefoot Dreams. However, we offer free Ground shipping within the U.S. for orders over $150.
For international shipping, we’ve partnered with Flow to provide competitive shipping options and country-specific pricing.
How long does order processing take?
Our goal is to process all orders within 7-10 business days. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. This processing time is completely independent of shipping times, unless overnight or 2-day air shipping was selected at checkout.
If you selected overnight or 2-day air shipping, your order will begin processing the same business day if it was placed before 11 AM PST. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the next business day, with shipment going out within one business day of processing.
When will I receive my order?
After the order is processed, it will ship out of our facilities. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (barring any Carrier delays)
- Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days of transit time (barring any Carrier delays)
- 2-Day Air: Delivered in 2 business days if ordered before 11 AM PST
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day if ordered before 11 AM PST
For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days of transit time, depending on the destination and customs processing.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.

Can you expedite shipping?
We now offer Next Day Air expedited shipping. The fee is calculated based on the distance traveled. Shipping estimates are based on the date your order ships, not the date your order was placed. Orders placed after 11 AM Pacific Time will be considered placed on the next business day.
Please note expedited shipping is not applicable to Embroidered orders. Embroidery orders require 7-10 business days to process before shipment.

Can you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to Canada and Mexico. However, we plan to expand to more countries in the future. Our international shipping services are made possible through our partnership with Flow, which provides competitive shipping options and country-specific pricing.
To shop internationally, select your desired country from the navigation menu on our website. The available shipping options will be presented during checkout, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes, we have a few shipping limitations to be aware of:
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or Military Addresses: We cannot ship to these addresses at this time.
Expedited Shipping: We offer UPS Next Day Air, with fees calculated based on the distance traveled. Shipping estimates are based on the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Note: Expedited shipping is not available for embroidered orders. Embroidery orders require 7-10 business days to process before shipment.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada and Mexico.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they cannot be combined into a single shipment. Each order is processed individually to ensure timely fulfillment. If you have further questions, please contacthelp@barefootdreams.com.
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:
Checking around your property and with neighbors.
Waiting a day, as carriers may mark items as delivered prematurely.
If you haven't received your package after 5 business days, contact the Carrier or our customer care team at help@barefootdreams.com for further assistance.
What should I do if my order is stuck in transit or delayed?
f your order appears stuck in transit, lacks an estimated delivery date, or shows a delivery delay in the tracking history, please keep the following in mind:
- We see the same tracking information as you and recommend giving UPS some time to resolve any delays.
- If your order's tracking has not been updated for 5 business days or more, please contact us at 1-855-269-2442 or email help@barefootdreams.com. We can file a claim with UPS to start an investigation.
Alternatively, you can also the carrier directly for additional insights or information they may have on the back-end. We're happy to assist throughout the process if you need further support.
