How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is easy! Simply create a Cozy Club account by entering your name, email, and password. Start earning Sand Dollars with every interaction! Sign up here.

How do I redeem my Sand Dollars?
Exchanging your Sand Dollars for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit https://barefootdreams.com/pages/rewards and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.
How do Sand Dollars convert to actual dollars?
Higher tiers in Cozy Club earn more Sand Dollars at a quicker rate, but 100 Sand Dollars always = $5 rewards
For Example, as a Cozy Chic Ultra Lite tier member, you will earn 1 Sand Dollar for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $150, you'll earn 150 Sand Dollars.
When you move up to become a Cozy Chic Lite tier member, you will be earning Sand Dollars at an accelerated rate of 1.25. So, if you spend $150, you’ll earn 188 Sand Dollars.
When you move up to become a Cozy Chic tier member, you will be earning Sand Dollars at an accelerated rate of 1.5. So, if you spend $150, you’ll earn 225 Sand Dollars.
Once your account reaches 100 Sand Dollars, you will earn a $5 Reward, which you will see in your Cozy Club account.
Will I be able to use my rewards in-store?
Currently, our rewards program is online only.
Is there a limit to how many Sand Dollars I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a Cozy Club member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more Sand Dollars by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal purchases.
Can I return my order if I redeemed a reward for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The Sand Dollars you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
Do Sand Dollars ever expire?
Sand Dollar expire after 1 year after date of issue so make sure to use them on your next eligible purchase!
How is my Cozy Club tier determined?
Your Cozy Club tier is based on how much you spend within a rolling calendar year:
- Cozy Chic Ultra Lite Tier: Automatically enrolled upon joining.
- Cozy Chic Lite Tier: Spend more than $250 in a calendar year.
- Cozy Chic Tier: Spend more than $500 in a calendar year.
Once you qualify for a new tier, you will instantly move up and have access to its perks for one full calendar year. As you advance, you retain all benefits from the previous tier.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
You will receive an email notification when you reach a new tier level, informing you of the new perks you’ve unlocked!
Will my tier expire?
Once you are in a Cozy Club tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
What should I do if I receive an error message when referring friends?
Here are a couple of common issues that might cause this error:
- Email Mistype: One of the email addresses entered may have a typo.
- Missing Commas: If you entered multiple email addresses, they must be separated by commas.
To avoid further errors, try entering each email address individually, clicking ‘Send’ after each entry.

Why haven't I received Sand Dollars for referring my friends?
Thank you for sharing Barefoot Dreams with your friends! Here are a few reasons why you might not have received your referral reward:
- First-Time Customer Requirement: Your referred friend must be a first-time customer for both of you to receive the referral reward.
- Proper Referral Process: The referral must be initiated through the email referral box on your rewards page or by using your unique referral link.
Once your friend completes their first purchase, you will:
- Receive an email notification confirming the reward.
- See the reward listed under your ‘Rewards History’ on your Cozy Club account.
