Can you include a gift receipt?
All of our orders are sent with only a packing slip that contains no pricing information. However, while the packing slip included with your order does not display prices, please note that price tags are affixed to our products and cannot be removed prior to shipping.
Do you have gift cards/certificates?
Yes! We offer e-gift cards exclusively for use on barefootdreams.com. To purchase click here.
Redemption Policy:
- In-Store Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased in-store can only be redeemed at our physical store locations.
- Online Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased online must be used for online purchases and cannot be redeemed in-store.
Cash Redemption:
- Any gift card with a remaining balance of less than $10 may be redeemed for cash, in compliance with applicable CA state laws.
General Terms:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of payment.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible, either by phone or email.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already begun processing in our warehouse cannot be canceled. If we are unable to process your cancellation, we do offer free returns and exchanges within the US.
How can I find out when an out-of-stock item is available?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a notification on the product page. Simply click the blue "Out of Stock – Notify Me When Available" button and enter your contact information. We’ll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
Please note that Outlet items are unlikely to be restocked.
What changes can I make to my order?
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible, either by phone or email.
While we will do our best to accommodate change requests, orders that have already begun processing in our warehouse cannot be changed in any way.
Can I add an item to my order if it hasn’t shipped yet?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order, regardless of its processing status. If you wish to purchase additional items, you will need to place a separate order, which will ship independently from your original order.
How can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Please note that all bulk orders for the holidays must be submitted by December 6th to ensure timely processing. Once we receive your request, it will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review.
Do you offer item customization?
We currently offer embroidery on the following items:
- CozyChic® Adult Robe
- CozyChic® Throw
Important Details for Embroidered Orders:
- Final Sale: All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Accuracy: Please double-check spelling and customization details before submitting your order. Once processed, no changes can be made.
- Quality Control: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us at help@barefootdreams.com within 5 days with photos for review.
- Processing Time: Embroidered orders require 7-10 business days to process before shipment. This processing time will be completely independent of any selected shipping method, even expedited methods.
- Restrictions: Orders with emoji or non-alphanumeric characters will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse embroidery requests with foul or vulgar language.
- Multiple Personalization: If ordering multiple items, personalization must be added one item at a time. Selecting a quantity higher than one will apply the same embroidery details to all items in your cart. To customize each individually, select your color and size, then click ‘Add Embroidery’ for each item separately.
