Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and Mexico. However, we plan to expand to more countries in the future. Our international shipping services are made possible through our partnership with Flow, which provides competitive shipping options and country-specific pricing.

What payment options are available for international orders?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Will I be responsible for duties and taxes?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. For goods shipped internationally, please note that any instructions and safety warnings may not be in the destination country's language; the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When will I receive my international order?

International orders typically take 5–10 days in transit, depending on the destination, country, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that this estimate applies only to shipping time and does not include the processing time required for our warehouse to fulfill your order.

What is your return/exchange policy for international orders?

At this time, no returns or exchanges will be offered on merchandise purchased outside of the United States.All sales are final.

Are any items ineligible for international orders?

Yes, some items are excluded from international shipping due to safety regulations and licensing restrictions:

  • Candles:We cannot ship candles internationally because ofshipping constraints and safety concerns.
  • Licensed Collaborations:Products created in partnership with licensed brands, such as Disney, are also excluded from international orders.
