Do you offer promotions or promo codes?

Please note:

  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials, or sale items.
  • Promo codes are not valid on licensed products, including Disney, Star Wars, Team USA, MLB, and Barbie, and select regular-priced items.

Do you offer price matching?

Currently, we do not offer price matching for Barefoot Dreams products sold by other retailers.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes! We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases made through barefootdreams.com within 14 days of your original order date if the item you purchased is now offered at a lower regular price.

Please note:

  • Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
  • Orders placed with a coupon code or promotion cannot receive additional discounts.

To request a price adjustment, contact us within 14 days of your order at 1-855-269-2442 or email help@barefootdreams.com with your order number ready (it begins with BFD_).

If your purchase qualifies, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

If your promo code isn’t working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • First-Time Use Only: Promo codes are intended for first-time orders. If an order already exists under your account or email, the code may not apply.
  • Ineligible Items: Some items, including licensed products (like Disney, Star Wars, and MLB), sale items, and select regular-priced products, are not eligible for discounts.
  • Expired Code: Promo codes change frequently and may have expired.

Why didn’t my promo code carry over to my exchange?

Promo codes will only transfer to an exchange if you are exchanging for the same item in a different size or color. If you choose a different product, the exchange is treated as a new transaction, and the original promo code will no longer apply.

Why can’t I use my promo code on a new order after returning my original order?

If you returned your entire original order, our customer service team can assist by providing a new code or helping with a retroactive application. Please contact us at 1-855-269-2442 or email help@barefootdreams.com for assistance.

However, if only some items were returned and others were kept, the promo code cannot be re-applied to a new order. In this case, the original code is considered used and is no longer valid.
