How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on weight and distance travelled. These rates are stated to us by our shipping carrier and are not set or alterable by Barefoot Dreams. All orders over $150 will have free Ground shipping in the United States.

How do I return or exchange an item(s) that I purchased from BarefootDreams.com?
Please visit our Returns Center to process your return and/or exchange and to receive a prepaid return label. Once received, pack and seal your box securely, apply the prepaid label that was included with your order, and drop it off at any UPS location. All refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of any item being received, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete, or your exchange has shipped out. Return processing time may take up to 30 days during peak periods. Please note that any shipping costs paid will not be refunded when returning items.

At this time, we are unable to process website returns at our Malibu Flagship Store or Camarillo Outlet Store. Purchases made at our Camarillo Outlet are non-returnable but may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase, in-store.

How do I wash my Barefoot Dreams items?
Please lovingly care for your Barefoot Dreams product to retain the softness. Barefoot Dreams is machine washable, however, our fabrics do not like heat. We recommend washing on a delicate cycle in cold water with a gentle detergent. You may tumble dry on your lowest dryer setting with low heat, but air fluff or flat dry is strongly recommended. Do not use dryer sheets or fabric softener. This will compromise the softness of the fabric.

A NOTE OF CAUTION TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS
Please be aware that there are numerous entities claiming to sell Barefoot Dreams products, which ARE NOT in fact made by Barefoot Dreams. The websites doing this are very deceptive. They are using the Barefoot Dreams name, or a similar name to Barefoot Dreams and are referring to the apparel and other goods they are selling by the very same names as Barefoot Dreams products. These websites are illegally using not only the Barefoot Dreams name, and the trademarked names of our products, but they are also duplicating the very product photographs and product descriptions that you see on the legitimate Barefoot Dreams website at www.barefootdreams.com.
Because these websites are operating illegally and have nothing to do with Barefoot Dreams, we have no control over them, the products they offer, or the service they provide. We also have reason to believe that at least some of these sites are deceiving customers into paying for products and then not shipping the products to the purchaser. If you purchase products through these unauthorized sites, you can have no expectation of receiving the safe, quality, beautiful products you are accustomed to from Barefoot Dreams or from the authorized retailers of our products.
We are pursuing legal remedies against these bad actors, unauthorized purveyors, and counterfeiters. But this takes time.
