Return & Exchange Policy for products purchased from barefootdreams.com
At Barefoot Dreams, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your Barefoot Dreams purchase, we will gladly refund, exchange or replace it, if returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company hang tags still attached. Personalized, monogrammed, or altered products will not be accepted for refund or exchange, and gift items may be exchanged only. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return postage is your responsibility.
Styles marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How do I return or exchange an item(s) that I purchased from barefootdreams.com?
In order to process a return or exchange, please (PRINT RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM) and fill it out entirely. Then enclose it in the box with the packing slip and item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item.
Pack and seal your box securely, and ship via a traceable carrier such USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please remember that return postage is your responsibility, therefore packages must be returned prepaid. Please note that Barefoot Dreams® is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
How will I know when you have received my return/exchange?
We process all returns & exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax (sorry, no shipping costs will be refunded unless we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.) All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction (unless otherwise specified on the Return & Exchange Form) within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.
What if I did not purchase the item(s) from www.barefootdreams.com, how can I return or exchange it?
Please contact the retailer the item(s) was purchased from directly. Your return or exchange will be subject to the discretion of the retailer from which you purchased the item.
What should I do if I received a Barefoot Dreams® item(s) as a gift and don't know where it was purchased. How can I return or exchange it?

If an item you have purchased has been marked down in price within 7 business days from the original date of purchase, we will happily adjust the sale price for you.
Holiday Returns Policy
We have a special return policy for items bought during the holidays. For items purchased from November 1st through December 25th of a given calendar year, the return/exchange date is extended out to January 31st of the following calendar year.
