Barefoot Dreams does not collect sales tax except for orders that are shipped within the state of California. As our merchandise is shipped from Los Angeles, California, we are required by law to collect sales tax based on the Ship To County California address. These rates vary according to California county tax codes.

Order Status & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact Customer Service within three (3) hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The email will include the tracking number for reference. You may also locate your tracking number(s) and order history through your Barefoot Dreams online account.
Our goal is to process all orders within 2-3 days.
For packages refused by the recipient at the time of delivery a 20% restocking fee will be incurred, or the package re-shipped at the customer's expense
Canceling or Modifying an Order
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after you have placed it, through your customer account. Please contact our customer service department at 855-269-2442 at normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm PST if you have further questions. Please note, we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed.
